The Bitter Orange (Citrus aurantium) tree is a small evergreen that can reach up to 6 metres high.

It is an interesting plant, with a wealth of benefits and three different essential oils are produced from it - Neroli Oil from the flowers, Petitgrain Oil from the leaves and Bitter Orange Oil is cold pressed from the peel.
